My Journey Towards Individualized Medicine

I am deeply passionate about transforming healthcare to effectively focus on the individual needs of each patient. My career path has been unconventional. After years leading sizable teams in the retail sector, a personal experience with the healthcare challenges faced by my wife and family sparked a significant career pivot. I started from the ground up in healthcare, driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact.

In the last 15 years, I've dedicated myself to finding practical and impactful ways to advance individualized medicine:

• Value-Based Care Leadership: I had the opportunity to lead 250 dedicated clinical and operational staff as we navigated the complex shift towards value-based care. Together, we learned a lot about what works and what doesn't in improving patient outcomes.
• Analytics and Training: I've been fortunate to guide analytics efforts that have empowered over 50 clients to better understand and implement successful value-based care strategies.
• Technology and Innovation: Leading technology teams, we developed software that challenges traditional models and supports systems in adopting risk-based approaches, aiming for better healthcare economics and patient care.
• Expanding Global and Employer Solutions: In collaboration with a talented executive team, I helped create divisions that extend our reach to employer groups and international customers, broadening our impact.
• Current Focus: Today, I lead in a company dedicated to enhancing healthcare delivery through real-time data and modern software that drives process improvement, making every patient interaction as informed, evidence-driven and effective as possible.
